The Power Bag is a resistance tool. Players are supposed to push past the bag and finish their swing. Their swing should not stop at contact. Initially, it will slow down at contact as the bag is heavier than they are used to. With time and practice, players should be able to swing on the Power Bag seamlessly, with no slowing down of the swing.
