We understand that buying a glove is difficult when you don't have the opportunity to try it on. Please understand these gloves do require break in like all quality gloves do. When you purchase one of our fine gloves, we will inlcude a return UPS shipping label.

Try the glove on. Inspect it and get a feel for it.

Do not oil it or play catch with it.

If you don't like it, simply put it back in the box along with a copy of your purchase receipt. Right down the return UPS tracking number for your reference. Tape up the box and attach the return label. You can drop the box off at any UPS pick up location.

Please write on the purchase receipt why you don't like the glove. This will help us understand our customers needs.

When we receive the glove in satisfactory condition, we will refund your purchase price and original shipping, less $5 for restocking. Quite simply, the $5 is to discourage casual shoppers who just want to look at something free and unsrupulous people from playing games with us.

If we have any other products you may like, we will gladly apply the $5 to the purchase of other products.
